Chef Maximin Hellio wishes to offer in its restaurant located in Deauville, authentic cuisine and great food in a place dedicated to sharing.
The restaurant has 40 seats with a comfortable area open to the kitchen, upstairs there is a "library table" space and a private lounge.
The restaurant´s decoration was thought by the architect Luc Corbin. From the ground floor to the private lounge, a real bias was applied to the whole house.
Large chandelier gracing the reception, soft benches in perfect harmony with the art of the table, open kitchen, a single slogan: feel good and enjoy !
The restaurant turns into an invitation to long journey, a maritime escape.
Some signature dishes with an original taste - passed from father to son on the basis of an exacting cuisine preparation and respectful of the product - such as blue lobster, grapefruit Turbot, black radish Tourteau - take on new meaning two steps from the beach.
